Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and launch customer-facing products and services.
- Design and build scalable technologies in a large distributed computing environment.
- Create solutions that run predictions on distributed systems.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost distributed storage, indexing, and query systems.
- Lead technical design and development and deliver projects from broadly defined problems through implementation.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, code reviews, testing, and operational excellence.
- Own technical relationships with business teams and contribute to post-purchase delivery experiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
