Responsibilities
- Own product decisions and development from inception through customer success.
- Build, ship, operate, and maintain features for the AI control plane.
- Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure to solve greenfield product problems.
- Create intuitive developer experiences for security and engineering teams.
- Collaborate directly with founders, go-to-market teams, and customers.
- Participate in on-call support and production incident response.
Requirements
- Strong generalist or product engineering background with the ability to work across the frontend and backend.
- Experience or interest in architecting and scaling modern web infrastructure, building web services in Golang, crafting developer UIs, or working with open protocols such as MCP.
- Demonstrated ownership of the full development lifecycle, including shipping, support, infrastructure maintenance, and impact measurement.
- Ability to improve customer-facing experiences and make dashboard and terminal interactions performant and intuitive.
- Exceptional ability to learn and pick up new frameworks.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
- Ability to work in person in the San Francisco office.
