Base Salary

$300k - $400k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and optimize per-channel onboarding flows to improve activation and reduce funnel drop-off.
Own paywall, packaging, pricing, upsell, dunning, and free-to-paid engineering systems.
Build experimentation infrastructure including feature flags, assignment, exposure logging, guardrails, and analysis.
Design event schemas and own instrumentation, attribution, Stripe webhook flows, Meta Conversions API tracking, and Google Analytics 4 integrations.
Ship lifecycle and retention systems involving email, push, in-app messaging, triggers, and resurrection campaigns.
Support product launches, invite-code programs, international expansion, regional payment methods, funnel design, rollouts, and reporting.
Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and go-to-market teams while owning engineering quality and providing input on product specifications.

4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience at a consumer or prosumer company, including experience embedded with a growth, monetization, or onboarding team.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node, Postgres, and a major cloud platform, particularly Google Cloud Platform, or close equivalents.
Demonstrated experience shipping paywalls, pricing experiments, onboarding flows, or lifecycle integrations that produced measurable results.
Ability to own features end to end across schemas, backend, frontend, instrumentation, experiment setup, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
Experience designing durable event instrumentation and using tools such as Amplitude, Stripe, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics 4.
Ability to independently analyze data, evaluate experiments, and make product decisions based on funnel and user insights.
Strong product judgment, communication, execution speed, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in daily workflows to improve productivity, creativity, and decision-making.
