Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.
- Create technical patterns for coding agents, harnesses, reusable libraries, and automated engineering workflows.
- Design secure Model Context Protocol servers and integration frameworks for enterprise tools and data.
- Define standards for evaluating, testing, monitoring, and governing AI-generated software.
- Guide scalable solutions using Python, TypeScript, and cloud-native technologies.
- Resolve complex architecture, integration, debugging, performance, and reliability challenges.
- Shape technical roadmaps, lead code and design reviews, partner with client-facing teams, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Expert software engineering skills in application architecture, integration, testing, and production operations.
- Advanced proficiency with Python, TypeScript, or comparable platform-development languages.
- Experience leading complex software initiatives involving multiple systems, teams, and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success building developer platforms, coding frameworks, automation systems, or reusable libraries.
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, security, and software reliability.
- Ability to define technical standards and influence decisions without direct authority.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with agentic programming, coding agents, large language model application architecture, Model Context Protocol servers, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, enterprise AI evaluation and safety controls, client-facing implementation, and technology strategy.
