Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish technical patterns for coding agents, harnesses, reusable libraries, and automated engineering workflows.
  • Design secure Model Context Protocol servers and integration frameworks for enterprise tools and data.
  • Define standards for evaluating, testing, monitoring, and governing AI-generated software.
  • Guide teams building scalable solutions with Python, TypeScript, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Resolve complex architecture, integration, debugging, performance, and reliability challenges.
  • Shape technical roadmaps aligned with platform investments and engineering and business priorities.
  • Lead code and design reviews and mentor engineers across organizational boundaries.
  • Partner with implementation and client-facing teams to diagnose needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • Expert software engineering skills across application architecture, integration, testing, and production operations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Python, TypeScript, or comparable platform-development languages.
  • Experience leading complex software initiatives involving multiple systems, teams, and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated success building developer platforms, coding frameworks, automation systems, or reusable libraries.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, security, and software reliability.
  • Ability to define technical standards and influence decisions without relying on direct authority.
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred experience with agentic programming, coding agents, large language model application architecture, Model Context Protocol servers, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, AI workflow evaluation and safety controls, client-facing engineering, and enterprise technology strategy.
