Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and implementation guidance for Salesforce customer engagements.
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes, integrations, and enterprise application solutions.
- Coordinate multiple architects and align project vision, implementation approaches, and key artifacts.
- Guide customers, partners, executives, engineering, product management, and project teams throughout delivery.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce application configuration and support pre-sales activities when required.
- Mentor diverse technical delivery teams and contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and community volunteering.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain, plus coding experience in object-oriented languages.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration.
- Ability to guide customers and project members in deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, ownership, and independent working skills.
- Fluent or proficient English; Arabic is advantageous for the Middle East market.
- Preferred experience with Web Services, data modeling, enterprise architecture, ESBs or ETL tools, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Preferred experience as a Senior Architect or CTO leading organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and declarative development.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce deployment strategies, Communications Cloud, GitHub, Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce App Builder Certification, Salesforce JavaScript Developer Certification, or Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant credentials.
- Regional public-sector experience in the UAE or Middle East and experience with agile delivery are preferred.
- Availability for regional travel based on customer needs.
