Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build lightweight client libraries, demo applications, and event microsites.
- Design and run data-driven experiments, segment cohorts, create A/B tests, and automate reporting.
- Write blog posts, tweets, and technical teardown threads.
- Meet prospects, debug their initial calls, and represent fal at meetups and hackathons.
- Identify high-leverage problems, develop time-boxed solutions, and ship them.
- After ramp-up, propose and own an independent roadmap.
Requirements
- Fluency in Python and JavaScript, including Next.js and React.
- Ability to integrate APIs, CLIs, and scrapers quickly.
- Experience using SQL, Amplitude, Looker, or CSV data for analysis.
- Strong technical writing and persuasive communication skills.
- Comfort with demos, direct messages, meetups, and hackathons.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems and independently propose solutions and roadmaps.
- Strong interest in generative media, diffusion research, and video model architectures.
- Prior experience in product-led growth or developer-tool startups is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with growth analytics stacks is a nice-to-have.
- A portfolio of technical writing, open-source libraries, or side projects is a nice-to-have.
