Base Salary
$183k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to map end-to-end supply chain processes and audit legacy systems.
- Design and build production solutions including customer applications, APIs, and workflow automations.
- Develop and deploy applied AI solutions and decision engines.
- Apply optimization algorithms to solve logistics challenges.
- Drive deployment sprints from discovery to live production.
- Collaborate with product teams to create reusable platform capabilities.
- Work with frontline logistics teams to validate code and ensure user adoption.
- Communicate technical trade-offs and outcomes to client executives.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building and integrating AI/ML solutions.
- Strong skills in data architecture and API integrations.
- Passion for customer engagement and building trust with stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex data and operational dependencies.
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of impactful project delivery.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
