Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on full-stack systems that power AI agents from concept to deployment.
- Research and evaluate agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model-alignment approaches.
- Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to improve UX and usability for non-technical users.
- Share learnings, document findings, and contribute to internal engineering best practices.
- Participate in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical deep dives.
- Respond proactively to customer needs while shipping and improving live deployments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role.
- A CS or Engineering degree and professional experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and debugging live systems.
- Interest in AI/ML, conversational AI, or voice technologies.
- Startup, consulting, or prior customer-facing technical experience is a bonus.
