Responsibilities
- Embed with Sales and CX teams to understand customer needs and design production systems.
- Build complex components such as agents, API integrations, and data pipelines.
- Deploy and optimize AI agents using real customer data.
- Unblock deals by creating tailored workflows and integrations for prospects.
- Ensure customer adoption of delivered solutions by focusing on user engagement.
- Transform one-off builds into reusable products and playbooks.
- Act as a liaison between customer feedback and product development.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with strong customer exposure.
- Production-grade coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with knowledge of APIs and SQL.
- Experience with large language models and AI coding tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
