Responsibilities
- Design, author, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for mobile and web products.
- Own functional, regression, exploratory, cross-device, and cross-browser testing for every release.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to review PRDs and contribute to acceptance criteria.
- Reproduce, triage, and drive resolution of defects with clean reports in Jira.
- Maintain and evolve the test case repository in TestRail and document testing artifacts in Confluence.
- Contribute to release sign-offs and support UAT cycles.
- Identify quality gaps and propose process improvements.
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years of hands-on manual QA experience in mobile and web applications.
- Strong grasp of QA fundamentals including test design techniques and defect lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge of iOS and Android testing tools and environments.
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing on the web.
- Familiarity with TestRail and Jira for test management.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate bugs and quality signals.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on driving quality outcomes.
- Exposure to backend-side testing and REST API testing.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted QA workflows and basic test automation tools.
- Experience testing healthcare or HIPAA-regulated products is preferred.
