Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on discovery, solution design, technical presentations, demonstrations, and enterprise deal closure
- Investigate prospect technical environments and recommend integration approaches through successful handoff to post-sales teams
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to named customers and the broader APAC customer base
- Guide onboarding, adoption, growth, and implementation across APIs, integrations, mobile SDKs, data flows, and Iterable AI models
- Translate customer use cases into account strategies and identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Resolve complex technical challenges involving advanced marketing architectures
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to advocate for customers and drive successful outcomes
- Provide product feedback and field insights to influence the Iterable roadmap
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales and/or post-sales solutions, preferably in SaaS and/or MarTech
- Experience operating across both pre-sales and post-sales motions, or strong depth in one with willingness to grow into the other
- Deep knowledge in relevant areas including APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or SQL, particularly in MarTech or AdTech
- Experience with LLM platforms such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to executives and whiteboarding with developers
- Based in Sydney, Australia, with willingness to travel across APAC approximately 25%
- Familiarity with mobile development using Swift, Java, Kotlin, or React Native is preferred
- Experience in marketing automation, email marketing, cloud-based platforms, or custom integration work is preferred
