Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural leadership for the enterprise CRM ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, model-driven and Canvas Apps, and Power Automate flows.
  • Define and govern secure, scalable, and maintainable integration patterns between CRM and internal or external agency systems.
  • Establish end-to-end solution architecture covering application design, data modeling, and security frameworks.
  • Guide CRM configurations, customizations, extensions, and development-team implementation decisions.
  • Perform selective hands-on development for complex plugins, integration services, and architectural prototypes.
  • Lead data modeling and reference/master data governance across agency systems.
  • Define architecture standards, solution-layering strategies, ALM practices, and CRM pipeline design.
  • Conduct design reviews, assess technical risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support cloud readiness, platform optimization, CRM modernization, and Power Platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, PMO staff, development staff, business analysts, and product owners.
  • Produce architectural documentation, diagrams, and reference models.

Requirements

  • A four-year high school diploma or educational equivalent is required, with qualifying alternatives involving a bachelor’s degree and computer-related coursework, additional software experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least one year of satisfactory full-time software experience as a project leader or major contributor on a complex project is required for all candidates.
  • The qualifying software experience may include designing, programming, debugging, maintaining, implementing, or enhancing software applications, systems programming, systems analysis and design, data communication software, or database design and programming.
  • Candidates must explain in detail how their experience qualifies as project-leader or major-contributor experience.
  • Experience in computer operations, technical support, quality assurance, hardware installation, help desk, or end-user work does not satisfy the minimum qualifications.
  • Placement in Assignment Level IV additionally requires one year of qualifying project-leader or major-contributor experience in areas such as data administration, database management systems, operating systems, data communications systems, capacity planning, or online applications programming.
