Base Salary
$88k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end ML infrastructure for data processing, feature management, and model serving.
- Design and lead implementation of ML platforms supporting diverse workloads.
- Build scalable data processing systems and feature platforms for large-scale ML workloads.
- Design serving architectures for real-time and batch inference, including optimization and scaling.
- Establish ML observability, monitoring, automation, and operational best practices.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, mentor platform engineers, and guide infrastructure decisions across the ML lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years focused on ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
- Strong background in ML platform development, MLOps practices, and production ML infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives.
- Expertise with Spark, Beam, feature store architectures, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving, Triton, container orchestration, cloud platforms, data pipelines, monitoring, and observability.
- Preferred qualifications include GPU infrastructure and optimization, high-performance computing, open-source ML infrastructure contributions, ML-specific security and compliance experience, and a master's degree in computer science or a related field.
