Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the intelligence layer of the product.
- Apply computer vision models, LLMs, and AI systems to construction-domain problems.
- Ship and iterate working prototypes based on direct user feedback.
- Coordinate and orchestrate multiple machine learning models within a broader AI system.
- Take on pragmatic early-stage product work beyond the core modeling problem.
- Advance AI systems from research through production deployment.
Requirements
- Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including Python and deep learning.
- Demonstrated ability to take an AI system from zero to one and deploy it in production.
- Strong computer science or engineering fundamentals through formal education or equivalent practical experience.
- US citizenship is required.
- Experience at a fast-moving technology company, research lab, or early-stage startup is preferred.
- Prior work building something adopted or paid for, or construction industry experience, is a bonus.
- Strong communication, empathy, growth mindset, and comfort with early-stage operational work are expected.
Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000 to $180,000 USD annually.
- Equity is expected due to the founding-team nature of the role.
- Full-time, on-site work in San Francisco, California.
