Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions for FP&A workflows.
- Automate monthly reporting, forecast preparation and consolidation, data validation, quality controls, and first-draft financial analysis.
- Build and maintain pipelines to extract, transform, and load finance data between systems.
- Develop API integrations connecting finance systems, reporting tools, and AI services.
- Prototype solutions and move them into production with appropriate controls.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance automation and reporting solutions.
- Embed AI capabilities into finance workflows, including variance explanations, automated commentary, and anomaly detection.
- Own the full solution lifecycle from concept and design through build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience with Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Experience building automation scripts, data pipelines, or system integrations.
- Experience working with APIs and structured data, including JSON and REST services.
- Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.
- Experience working within or closely supporting Finance, including FP&A, financial systems, or commercial finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to debug and support production automation solutions.
- Experience embedding AI or advanced analytics into operational workflows.
- Familiarity with finance systems, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise data environments.
