Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale software applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure software solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Implement unit testing, code reviews, and code-quality practices.
- Design and implement solutions using AWS services, cloud architecture, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Integrate applications with business, technology, and product stakeholder systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to solve complex technical problems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to technology communities.
- Manage risks, strengthen controls, and support policy and governance activities.
- Communicate complex information and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building large-scale applications with Java, Spring Boot, React.js, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS and solving complex business and technical issues.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and design and security compliance.
- Demonstrable expertise with AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, KMS, ELB, SNS, SQS, and IAM.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
- Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Working knowledge of Linux, networking, routing, and firewalls.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and work collaboratively.
