Responsibilities
- Lead the technical integration and implementation process with hundreds of payers.
- Establish and continuously improve Stedi’s payer integration playbook.
- Create and maintain documentation for new payer integrations and track implementation progress.
- Collaborate with engineering, customer operations, finance, product, and legal to complete integrations.
- Build relationships with payer stakeholders throughout implementations.
- Identify process and network gaps and create tools or automation to improve future integrations.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical support.
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs and building integrations with backend systems and applications.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Exceptional organization, responsiveness, thoroughness, and ability to manage many concurrent workstreams.
- Systems thinking, creative problem-solving, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
