Base Salary
$188k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create, test, and iterate innovative prototypes and engaging experiences across Search app features and products.
- Ship production-quality iOS features in partnership with engineering, UX research, interaction design, and motion design teams.
- Build tools that accelerate UX teams and help define product experiences through user-centered exploration and validation.
- Partner with senior team members, promote standards, and integrate changes into team guidelines.
- Lead or contribute to key projects using a holistic, systems-thinking approach and advocate for user needs across platforms and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in front-end development or UX engineering, including 3 years using SwiftUI.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Experience partnering with UX Design teams and working across full technology stacks and production environments.
- Understanding of UX practices and processes, including user-centered design and research.
