Responsibilities
- Build MVPs with practitioners to validate ideas quickly.
- Translate complex tax advisory workflows into working software solutions.
- Iterate based on direct user feedback and measurable outcomes.
- Own features end-to-end from scoping and requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and domain experts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience building and deploying production software.
- Fluent German language skills, spoken and written.
- Proficiency with backend frameworks such as NestJS or equivalent, frontend frameworks such as React, and full-stack TypeScript.
- Experience delivering features from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Ability to translate domain workflows into software requirements and implementations.
- Strong product sense, a tech-first mindset, and willingness to avoid low-code tools.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and domain experts.
- Background in financial services, tax, accounting, or regulated advisory domains is preferred.
- Startup or early-stage experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €60,000 to €120,000.
- Onsite work in Berlin, Germany.
