Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own GenAI strategy and implementation for operational workflows.
- Build end-to-end AI tools and take them to production.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches.
- Focus on improving recruitment pipeline visibility and hiring processes.
- Bring field learnings back to enhance Zipline's AI tooling and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building practical AI systems.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Experience with LLMs, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and GenAI solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to Zipline sites as needed.
