Responsibilities
- Perform detailed requirements capture and analysis.
- Design solutions for implementation by the technical team.
- Produce architectural designs for solutions.
- Document client business requirements and create proposals.
- Provide technical content for quotes and tender responses.
- Complete documentation including scope of work and design.
- Produce statements of work for projects.
- Assist the sales team in client engagement and presentations.
- Demonstrate and articulate solutions to clients.
- Provide high-level technical analysis and advice.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with sales and technical teams.
- Assist with discovery of future work requirements.
- Continuously improve technical capabilities through training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Platforms and Cloud Transformation Architect.
- Experience designing and troubleshooting modern technology solutions.
- Strong architecture and requirements analysis skills.
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Experience in client-facing or consultative roles.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Experience presenting secure and supportable solutions.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to lead discussions and share knowledge.
- Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Fortinet, Citrix, Cisco, VMware).
