Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate complex application and solution design activities.
  • Translate business requirements into system and application designs aligned with technology roadmaps.
  • Design and document technical functionality, infrastructure, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Lead cost-effective and innovative technology solutions focused on business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps and lead multiple complex solutions while maintaining platform consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Lead design review sessions and act as the solution lead and interface with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical consultation to senior management and senior technical teams.
  • Support and mentor junior designers and developers through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and problem solving.
  • Contribute to automation using AI technologies such as Python, LLM integration, vector databases, and RAG.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java, microservices, and system design.
  • Experience with most of the listed technologies, including Spring Boot, RDBMS/SQL, J2EE, SOAP services, REST APIs, gRPC services, Quarkus, JSON, containers, build tools, API testing, unit testing, Jenkins, Git, OpenAPI/Swagger, and OAuth2/JWT.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a technical discipline.
  • Strong consultation, solution design, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
