Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and direction of a cloud-focused application engineering and development program.
- Ensure technical solutions meet customer requirements and incorporate architectural best practices.
- Guide implementation of collection solutions that improve security, agility, and effectiveness.
- Oversee technical integration and development of technical documentation.
- Collaborate with customer staff, contractors, and external vendors to support technical delivery.
- Provide technical leadership across application development, operations and maintenance, UI design, security assessment and authorization, cloud environment management, and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience designing, developing, and documenting collection capabilities and services in the cloud.
- At least 5 years of experience driving innovation and optimization in the design, development, and deployment of collection capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- Experience architecting and leading implementation of collection solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customer and contractor personnel at all levels.
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
