Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-squad projects through their full lifecycle.
- Architect and build scalable services for enrollment and content experience features.
- Define mobile platform patterns across various areas.
- Shape the architectural vision for the Headspace mobile application.
- Drive impactful technical and business decisions through cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor engineers at all levels to foster their growth.
- Ensure robust system quality through comprehensive testing.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience building and delivering production mobile applications.
- 4+ years of experience with native Android and/or iOS development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing with Flutter.
- Expertise in mobile architecture and design patterns.
- Experience implementing comprehensive testing strategies.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers.
