Responsibilities
- Lead the development of features across mobile apps, internal tools, APIs, and services.
- Define and implement best practices and architect solutions for rapid growth.
- Mentor and support a growing team of engineers, establishing code quality standards.
- Develop backend services that communicate with IoT-enabled fridges in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver product improvements.
- Balance hands-on coding with long-term technical strategy.
- Coordinate with central B2B teams on architecture and platform migration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience in full-stack or backend roles.
- Hands-on experience with modern web or mobile frameworks, preferably Flutter.
- Deep knowledge of building scalable backend APIs using Node.js and/or PHP.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms and databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and make architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments.
- Passion for user-centric products and a startup mindset.
- Genuine interest in hardware-aware development and IoT.
