Base Salary
$199k - $348k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on technical implementation, configuration, customization, and solution builds using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Drive AI solution innovation, roadmap development, adoption, and value realization across internal and customer initiatives.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, deep-dive sessions, and implementation guidance.
- Own enterprise architecture decisions for AI implementations and align them with platform strategy.
- Provide technical advisory services to internal stakeholders and customers on ServiceNow AI technologies.
- Manage relationships with platform owners, ServiceNow administrators, and the Office of the CSO.
- Partner with AI Strategists, Sales, Product Management, marketing, product development, and Customer Excellence teams.
- Develop and deliver AI enablement content, training, Impact Accelerators, white papers, knowledge articles, and thought leadership.
- Stay current with AI trends and emerging technologies and apply them to improve agentic AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology implementation or solution delivery experience.
- Advisory or consulting experience with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Either 5+ years of deep ServiceNow platform expertise with hands-on implementation across multiple product suites, or 5+ years of extensive AI, machine learning, or data science experience with demonstrated solution implementation.
- ServiceNow expertise candidates must have CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications; CAD is expected within the first year.
- AI, machine learning, or data science candidates will be supported in obtaining CSA, CIS-ITSM, and CAD certifications within the first year.
- Preferred experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, prompt engineering, LLM integration, or agentic AI development.
- Preferred startup or early-stage experience, cross-functional collaboration, industry connections, and experience driving zero-to-one initiatives.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% annually.
