Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using .NET Core 8.
- Optimize queries and data models in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Design and develop maintainable RESTful and gRPC services.
- Participate in system design and architectural improvement discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and refactor existing codebases for efficiency and maintainability.
- Write unit, integration, performance, and load tests.
- Troubleshoot complex production and development issues, including memory leaks and performance problems.
- Participate in production deployments and verify system behavior after releases.
- Document technical decisions, systems, and processes.
- Lead large-scale projects and mentor junior developers when needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years working with .NET Core.
- Proficiency in RESTful services and gRPC design and development.
- Expertise with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, asynchronous operations, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, refactoring, testing, and performance tuning.
- Experience diagnosing complex performance issues using profiling and optimization tools.
- Ability to contribute to technical discussions and align technical work with business objectives.
- Experience with diagramming tools such as Miro is a bonus.
