Responsibilities

Lead architecture design for scalable, extensible, and reliable systems.
Align technology roadmaps with leadership and stakeholders.
Remove technical blockers and simplify complex problems into actionable solutions.
Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions.
Write code when needed to guide teams and support high-priority initiatives.
Identify business and tech opportunities; evaluate and adopt new technologies.
Recruit, mentor, and grow top-tier engineering talent.

At least 15+ years in software development with a strong record of delivering impactful, large-scale systems.
7+ years building and operating backend services and web applications.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, data processing, and server technologies.
Strong coding skills in Java and Spring Framework; object-oriented design.
Experience driving improvements in code quality.
Familiarity with AWS-based service development and operations.
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) and ORM tools (JPA, Hibernate).
Knowledge of NoSQL and relational/columnar databases.
Proficiency in Git, CI/CD automation, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in logistics-related service development.
