Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture workstreams for transformation, modernization, and assessment initiatives.
- Design and guide large-scale cloud and custom-built solutions across application, integration, data, cloud, front-end, and back-end layers.
- Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, governance frameworks, modernization roadmaps, and application portfolio rationalization strategies.
- Engage business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and executive governance forums to guide architecture decisions and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Define high-level architectures for generative AI, agentic AI, enterprise knowledge bases, document search, summarization, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces.
- Lead architecture teams, influence senior stakeholders, provide thought leadership, and support presales activities including estimation, proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 6+ years in enterprise architecture or equivalent senior architecture leadership roles.
- Proven experience defining enterprise target-state architectures, transformation roadmaps, architecture governance models, enterprise assessments, and application portfolio rationalization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling approaches such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Zachman.
- Experience architecting scalable, resilient, secure, highly available, and high-performance enterprise systems using cloud-native, microservices, API-led, event-driven, and distributed architectures.
- Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data platforms, containers, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, observability, and AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Experience providing full-stack architecture leadership, including modern web front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
- Architecture-level understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, security, guardrails, human oversight, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead architecture teams, steer complex transformation programs, and communicate effectively through consulting, presentations, and thought leadership.
- Architecture and cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications are preferred.
