Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and improve applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Lead improvements in application design and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday Studio is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio is required.
- Strong experience in enterprise application design and development is required.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Workday Studio is required.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and technical communication skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
