Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement operating-system components, software tools, and utilities.
- Determine systems software design requirements.
- Implement and monitor system improvements to increase efficiency.
- Generate systems software engineering policies, standards, and procedures.
- Work independently on moderate to complex projects and resolve issues using established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or additional experience in a related field.
- At least three years of functional experience, including a minimum of one year of position-specific experience.
- Established and productive professional individual contributor with general proficiency in relevant tools, systems, and procedures.
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices and work with moderate guidance.
