
Software Engineer III (Java/FullStack/React)

- Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain secure, high-quality software solutions across multiple technical areas.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure software code meets design constraints.
- Develop and maintain algorithms that integrate synchronously with appropriate systems.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI coding and automation tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating outputs through review and automated testing.
- Gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize large and diverse data sets to improve applications, systems, coding hygiene, and architecture.
- Support application resiliency, security, operational stability, and broader team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts plus 3+ years of applied experience for applicable regions, or advanced applied experience under applicable regional guidance.
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database-querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine generated outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency expectations, and security practices.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and solid understanding of agile-related engineering practices, application resiliency, and security.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies are preferred.
