Base Salary
$169k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to design and deliver high-impact customer features.
- Lead large-scale initiatives across teams or departments and drive consensus on complex technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, robust, maintainable software across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Contribute to architecture, coding, code reviews, testing, reusable engineering practices, and technical debt reduction.
- Mentor engineers and amplify team productivity through guidance, coaching, and shared tools and processes.
- Research and implement engineering best practices and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Use agentic AI tools daily by delegating real work, verifying results, and improving development workflows.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise developing highly scalable and robust software solutions across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Daily hands-on experience building with agentic AI tools beyond autocomplete or chat, including delegating real work to agents.
- Proven leadership experience guiding teams through complex, high-impact projects and serving as a technical lead.
- Exceptional proficiency in software design, architecture, coding, maintainability, and performance.
- Strong collaboration, communication, self-motivation, resourcefulness, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
- A track record of continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Preferred experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL API, Ruby on Rails, and AWS.
- Preferred experience leading cross-team initiatives and projects.
