Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered features to enhance search and automate workflows.
- Apply machine learning to streamline workflows and personalize user experiences.
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs and RAG pipelines for summarizing findings.
- Build and maintain AI-driven analytics systems for data-backed decision making.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate seamless AI-native experiences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance through testing frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in AI-powered features.
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend and API services development.
- Familiarity with RAG evaluation frameworks and designing regression testing.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and validate AI features in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior knowledge in prompt engineering for LLM accuracy and reasoning.
- Understanding of secure AI practices and implementing safety checks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
