Product Engineer

- Define and own the frontend product vision for the decentralized exchange.
- Build fast, responsive, and intuitive trading experiences.
- Turn designs and product ideas into reliable, high-quality features.
- Manage high-impact projects from early concept through launch.
- Make architecture, performance, and scalability decisions.
- Prototype quickly, validate ideas, and strengthen valuable features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to improve user and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience building or scaling a decentralized exchange, trading platform, or trading product.
- Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience.
- Product-builder mindset with strong ownership and self-direction.
- Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Comfort working with urgency in an early-stage, ambitious team.
