Base Salary

$121k - $171k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, analysis, debugging, and architecture of large-scale enterprise application systems.
  • Provide technical guidance, establish coding standards, and develop innovative solutions for complex system challenges.
  • Design and deliver enterprise integrations using middleware, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Lead high-impact projects, resolve complex business and system issues, and coordinate with management, DevOps, platform, security, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Coach and advise mid-level developers, allocate work, and support team skill development.
  • Assess and mitigate risks, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage and report control issues.
  • Apply AI-assisted development, autonomous software engineering agents, agent orchestration, and AI-assisted debugging and testing workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, programming, and designing or developing large-scale enterprise applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, and distributed systems.
  • Subject Matter Expert capability in at least one application development area and demonstrated ability to lead successful projects.
  • Deep expertise in Red Hat/Apache Camel, Spring Framework including Spring Boot, Spring Integration, and Spring MVC, IBM MQ/JMS, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong Java and full-stack development experience, with working knowledge of Oracle Database and modern frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift and understanding of Kubernetes pods, deployments, and services.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Devin.ai, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or Claude Code, including autonomous software engineering agents.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, autonomous development workflows, AI-assisted debugging and testing, end-to-end AI-agent task execution, human-AI collaboration, and agent orchestration.
  • Bachelor's or university degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include Python, Spring Boot/Core, Flask, FastAPI, React, Angular, Vue, LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, vector search, LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, AWS, GCP, Azure, cloud-native integration, microservices, Agile/Scrum, observability, tracing, performance tuning, documentation, and technical design writing.

  • Primary location salary range is $120,800.00 to $170,800.00.
