Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain developer-facing APIs, libraries, tools, and platforms over hardware, deployment environments, and runtime capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership for AI developer tooling and help shape architecture, technical direction, and product roadmaps.
- Improve developer experiences and workflows while optimizing for performance, power, reliability, observability, and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and developer stakeholders to understand user needs and align technical decisions with product and ecosystem goals.
- Drive software quality and ecosystem adoption through testing, code review, maintainable implementations, and appropriate upstream or open-source contributions.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux, containerization, and programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Experience engineering maintainable, high-quality software with automated testing, continuous integration, effective engineering processes, and customer feedback.
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar technical domains, identify improvement areas, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Passion for building high-quality developer tools and intuitive workflows for complex AI capabilities.
- Preferred experience with developer-facing CLIs, SDKs, APIs, web tools, UX, interaction design, or developer workflows.
- Preferred knowledge of Arm architectures, neural-network execution and inference runtimes, hardware-aware model optimization, performance analysis, and ML deployment tooling.
