Base Salary
$210k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the platform and its integration into customer CI/CD pipelines.
- Run technical discovery and diagnose customer issues.
- Own Proof-of-Value engagements from defining success criteria to delivering technical wins.
- Write or adapt custom detection rules to demonstrate product mastery.
- Explain technical differentiation to security engineers and executive stakeholders.
- Improve demo setups and educational content to enhance customer experience.
- Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deals.
- Contribute to scaling the Solutions Engineering team through best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of pre-sales/solutions engineering experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong engineering background with a CS degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Ability to write or adapt rules/scripts for detection capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse technical audiences.
- Bonus: experience with full enterprise sales cycles and C-level stakeholders.
- Bonus: familiarity with cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments.
