Base Salary
$157k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical pre-sales expertise, explain product and API value, and answer product, API, and LLM-related questions.
- Build and present demos, scope customer use cases, recommend architecture patterns, and provide technical advisory for ChatGPT and OpenAI API solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on common pre-sales questions and requirements.
- Develop customer relationships throughout evaluation, validation, and purchasing processes.
- Gather customer feedback, identify cross-customer themes, and represent the customer voice in product planning.
- Address initial security and compliance questions, explain standardized collateral, guide customers to relevant resources, and escalate complex requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products, including higher-level security and compliance support.
- Foundational training in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for translating business and technical topics to audiences including senior leaders.
