Responsibilities
- Manage product technical roadmaps and dependencies to minimize technical debt.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability web applications.
- Drive healthy engineering practices and ship code into production frequently.
- Implement new features and integrations with AI systems.
- Optimize and monitor distributed systems for continuous software delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and create technical documentation.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the engineering culture across the company.
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building complex distributed systems using Java or Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and distributed systems principles.
- Experience with Clean Code, TDD/BDD, and deep observability.
- Solid experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
- Professional experience with PostgreSQL and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with AI coding agents is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
