Base Salary
$153k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for the Intelligent Implementation Workspace and its agentic architecture.
- Design orchestration, agent, and platform layers for configuration, testing, and data migration workflows with human-in-the-loop control.
- Build production-ready agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, harness engineering, and evaluation infrastructure.
- Design evaluation frameworks and measurements for accuracy, straight-through processing, override rates, and regressions.
- Lead high-risk technical initiatives and establish engineering standards through architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Drive technical decisions across services and teams while partnering with Product, Design, Machine Learning, Platform, and product engineering teams.
- Own reliability and production readiness through observability, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building production agentic systems and architectures, including agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and harness engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve individual and team execution with measurable outcomes.
- Strong recent hands-on production software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET.
- Strong backend development experience with frontend capability; React and TypeScript experience is an asset.
- Proven experience designing and delivering reliable, maintainable distributed systems.
- Ability to define ambiguous system-level problems and drive complex technical decisions with significant business impact.
- Strong product mindset, technical judgment, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
- Preferred experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities using generative and non-generative models with grounded, auditable, human-approved outputs.
- Preferred experience designing AI evaluation frameworks and quality measurements and raising engineering standards across multiple teams.
