Responsibilities
- Lead global release management for the SDW program, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate DevOps, SRE, QA, and Operations teams for release preparation and deployment.
- Manage release roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and rollback plans.
- Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and communicate with international stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and the evolution toward a mature DevOps model.
Requirements
- Experience managing global releases in large-scale Agile environments.
- Solid knowledge of Release Management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing international stakeholders.
- Knowledge of testing, deployments, and release governance.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of English.
- Knowledge of SRE and operational excellence is valued.
- Experience with DevOps transformations, insurance, banking, financial services, multi-vendor environments, or multicultural environments is valued.
