Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS.
- Enable development teams to own their systems and deliver products reliably.
- Partner with SRE and security teams to help developers build resilient and secure applications.
- Participate in on-call and incident management under a “you build it, you run it” model.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing systems in AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub Actions and CircleCI.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog and CloudWatch.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and ECS.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or Go.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Advantageous qualifications include Linux experience, exposure to Windows systems and .NET applications, serverless architecture experience, advanced cloud networking experience, and familiarity with SOC2 or ISO 27001.
