Responsibilities
- Manage technical delivery from customer discovery through production launch.
- Work directly with customer teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.
- Convert customer processes into AI-driven workflows using the platform.
- Build and rapidly iterate on tailored prototypes based on customer feedback.
- Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable solutions for recurring needs.
Requirements
- Have approximately 1 to 6 years of relevant production experience shipping software.
- Be proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
- Have experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.
- Be able to own technical delivery end to end and work closely in person with a founding team.
- Empathy for private-market operations workflows is expected; financial operations or private-markets experience is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of €70,000 to €110,000 annually.
