Responsibilities
- Work on-site with procurement teams to understand workflows and define software problems.
- Review AI agent conversations and execution traces to identify failures and improve prompts, context, and tool use.
- Convert recurring agent failures into evaluation cases with the AI team.
- Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations connecting systems and data sources.
- Take solutions from discovery through production rollout, observe user behavior, and iterate.
- Turn recurring customer needs into reusable product and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience shipping software used by real users.
- Strong full-stack or backend foundations with production experience building APIs and working with SQL and relational databases.
- Production experience with TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful.
- Experience in enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer-facing work.
- Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories and improve software based on observed user behavior.
- Experience building or maintaining integrations across systems or data sources is helpful.
