Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions and experiences in enterprise customer production environments.
- Design prompts, reasoning flows, tool calls, and integrations using Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
- Own solution components from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, validate pipeline outputs, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs that progress rapidly from design to deployment.
- Co-build solutions with customers and partners while sharing best practices and enablement.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to engineering and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English.
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including a production system to demonstrate.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.
- Ability to produce quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Curiosity about emerging AI tools, models, frameworks, and data technologies.
- Preferred Salesforce platform experience or certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and orchestration patterns.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Preferred experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
