Responsibilities
- Partner with logistics teams to understand workflows and translate operational needs into system designs.
- Build and deploy full-stack AI-powered tools using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Integrate ERP and transport management platforms and build reliable pipelines for complex data.
- Shape product direction and technical decisions with the engineering team.
- Own work from design through deployment and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Europe and Asia.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack applications or backend systems in production.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, including experience specifying and shipping products directly with users.
- Experience designing APIs and integrating ERP or transport management platforms.
- Experience building scalable backend infrastructure and data pipelines for messy or unstructured data.
- Proficiency with Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience shipping LLM or agent functionality in production; familiarity with RAG, evaluations, orchestration, or prompt engineering is useful.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and willingness to work directly with customers and travel regularly.
- React or another modern frontend framework, logistics or supply chain experience, and early-stage company experience are valued.
