Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex program charters by defining scope, OKRs, resourcing, risks, and executive-level decision support.
- Align cross-functional partners, executive leadership, and technical teams through prioritization and communication planning.
- Implement scalable tooling that integrates user insights into development workflows across researchers, product managers, and engineers.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, milestones, technology landscapes, and resourcing for engineering initiatives.
- Lead organizational pivots, change-management rollouts, and continuous process improvements to remove program obstacles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience working with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Six years of experience coding with one or more languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers and program managing within a technical organization.
- Preferred qualifications include continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, stakeholder management, AI technology awareness, technical collaboration with engineers, clear communication, planning, and unstructured problem-solving skills.
