Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for complex Cloud AI workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
- Build customer-tailored prototypes, proofs of concept, and demos by combining sales strategies with direct software development.
- Provide technical consultation, advise customers, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Create reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team based on customer engagement learnings.
- Document, prioritize, and help resolve customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with machine learning model development or deployment.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks, agentic design patterns, or integrating models into autonomous workflows using advanced API prompting or RAG.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
- Preferred: experience building machine learning solutions, scalable distributed systems, deep learning architectures, deep learning frameworks, AI accelerators, model architectures, or machine learning APIs.
Benefits
- US base salary is listed at $152000-$221000, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
